Angle 3D Studio “the App” provides 3D product creation, editing, generation, optimization, visualization, and product media tools for merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy explains how Angle 3D Studio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store.
Information We Collect
When you install or use Angle 3D Studio, we may access or collect information from your Shopify account and from your use of the App.
This may include:
Store information, such as your shop name, Shopify store URL, store settings, and merchant account information.
Contact information, such as your name, email address, and support communications.
Shopify product information, such as products, variants, collections, product titles, descriptions, images, media, metafields, and related product data.
Uploaded or generated assets, such as images, 3D models, textures, product references, prompts, configuration files, and other files used to create or manage 3D product media.

Angle 3D Studio is primarily designed for merchants and store administrators. We do not intentionally collect personal information directly from shoppers unless it is included in data provided by the merchant, included in uploaded files, or captured in ordinary technical logs.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain Angle 3D Studio.
Create, generate, process, optimize, display, and manage 3D product assets.
Connect generated or uploaded assets to Shopify products.
Provide merchant support and respond to questions.
Improve App performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
Monitor usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the App.
Manage billing, subscriptions, account status, and App access.

Uploaded and Generated 3D Assets
Merchants are responsible for the product images, files, prompts, models, textures, and other content they upload to or generate through Angle 3D Studio.
Some 3D assets or product media may be stored in Shopify, displayed on the merchant’s storefront, or otherwise made publicly accessible depending on how the merchant chooses to publish or use them. Publicly accessible product media may be viewed, accessed, or downloaded by others, similar to other publicly available product images or media on an online store.
Merchants should not upload confidential, sensitive, or personal information unless it is necessary for their use of the App.
Sharing Information
We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to provide and operate the App. These may include:
Cloud hosting and storage providers.
Database and infrastructure providers.
File processing, 3D processing, AI generation, or media optimization providers.
Analytics, logging, monitoring, and error-tracking providers.
Customer support and communication tools.
Shopify and Shopify-related services.
Payment, subscription, or billing providers where applicable.

Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, support merchants, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
When a merchant uninstalls the App or requests deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information where required, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, backup, billing, or legitimate business purposes.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period before being securely deleted according to our normal backup retention practices.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
International Processing

Angle - 3D Configurator "the App” provides 3D products visualization and customization features to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

Please note that our customers’ 3D models utilized within the App are hosted by Shopify and are accessible for public access and could be downloaded by anyone (As for any product media in Shopify). As such, we cannot assume responsibility for any unauthorized use, theft, or other attempts that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the merchant.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

None of your personal information is shared with anyone, except in legal cases as described below.
